All items are sent normally within 48 hours of order being placed. We ship 2nd class recorded or by couriers. You should receive within 5 working days, if you wish to have an express service please add this to your notes and we will contact you to arrange at an extra cost.
Wedding gowns sale & new to order & Bridesmaids to order.
We ask for you to arrange collection, either in person, courier or postage label, this is to ensure a smooth transit to you which gives you full control if you need it. All gowns cleaned before they go on the rail for sale, we are a very clean boutique, so look after the gowns, however dust marks after clean, so if you would like a fresh up spot clean please give us at least a weeks notice before picking up so we can get this done. Please note that clean is for hygiene reasons and does not mean perfect, please check before purchase on any imperfections, we price according to the condition.
