Can I return an item purchased on the website.
Of course! Most of our items you can return, exceptions are items that have been made for you such as wedding gowns & bridesmaid gowns, shoes that have been dyed for you, Joyce Jackson veils & storage boxes.
Please ensure these items are back with us within 7 days from when you received them, they must be in the same condition you received them and unused
Do i need to book an appointment to try wedding gowns on in the boutique.
Yes you do, we need to know you are coming so we can prepare your private dressing room & make sure we have a stylist waiting for you.
Can i just come in and browse without an appointment.
Presently this is not possible due to new guidelines to keep us all safe, we also want to give the best experience to all our brides, having a crowd watching can be off putting.
You also really need to try on these gowns, you would have heard a bride say "i bought the opposite to what i wanted" this is where we come in, by booking an appointment you will get a stylist for a one on one experience, we will help you choose styles, mix it up a little & show you ways to bespoke your gown so its one off!
We dont specialize in one or two designs we pretty much have everything, If you want to get an idea of the styles we have then 80% of our collection is on the website, divided between the sale & the off the peg section which is our new current collection available to order new or to buy off the peg if you cant wait.
