You are very welcome to pop in any time, however to try gowns on we do ask you to book an appointment as trust us trying on just a couple of gowns will not be enough to find your perfect wedding gown! We aim to deliver all of our standard goods as soon as possible and normally within 3-5 working days if your item is in stock, although this can vary during national holiday’s. All our items are sent by a recorded system, unless you are there to sign for them your goods will be help at a local depot for your collection, a card is normally left. Yes, you have 60 days from receipt to return the item, 7 days for sale items, please note some items are exempt from returns, such as lingerie, some jewellery & bespoke items, dyed shoes & Joyce Jackson veils if you are unsure please Please use our Contact Us page for any questions you may have.

As soon as we have your item back we process the refund that day, however because of the set up on on-line shopping it is your card that collect funds from our account which can take up to 30 days to show. If for some reason you have not received your refund, please email us.
