You are very welcome to pop in any time, however to try gowns on we do ask you to book an appointment as trust us trying on just a couple of gowns will not be enough to find your perfect wedding gown! We aim to deliver all of our standard goods as soon as possible and normally within 3-5 working days if your item is in stock, although this can vary during national holiday’s. Yes the item needs to be back to us within 7 days. please note some items are exempt from returns, We can not refund/exchange items that are made to order, such as veils, dresses, wedding storage boxes, dyed shoes. Also for hygine reasons earrings, lingerie & slumber ware Also postage.
