The conversion to sterling is not at today's rate, how can i be sure i am paying the correct amount?
As you know rates change daily! We do try to keep it updated, However our website conversion is only for guidences only, as you are paying by Credit/Debit card your card company will automatically convert at that days rate for you.

Can I visit you?
We have shops in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, and Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey. However, some products are exclusive to our online shop and are not available at our stores, do contact them before visiting to check they have what you are looking for. Also be aware that prices will vary from on-line to store.

Can I send my order back?
Yes depending on what you have ordered and when you send it back, please refer to returns policy for further details

Can I have my goods delivered to another address from my billing address?
Yes, just follow through to checkout where you will find a 'Special instuctions' box, just pop your details in here and any request you have

My order failed to go through, what can i do?
From time to time internet servers can fail, this is normally on the secure payment page which is out of our control, but is sometimes linked to delay in putting your details in or by using the back button. If your order process fails and you cannot re-do it, just call our branch 01932 221 325 where we will manually do it for you.

I have now ordered, when will i get delivery
We aim to deliver all of our standard goods as soon as possible and normally within 3-5 days if your item is in stock, although this can vary during national holiday closers like xmas and easter etc.

DELIVERY DELAY - Lexus - Please note that most items are out of stock until the end of May, all orders placed if not in stock will be placed on a back order unless otherwise asked. Filippa Scott - all new styles due in approx 8th march 2010,

If your item is not in stock we will confirm an expected delivery time. If this is not suitable, we will refund in full.

If you need you want to check to see if the goods are in stock first before ordering then please contact us and we will do an availability check for you, however as stock levels change by the minute this is not a guarantee until you order and its been confirmed

All orders will be sent by recorded delivery, so they will need to be signed for.

I missed the delivery of my order?
All our items are sent by a recorded system, unless you are there to sign for them your goods will be help at a local depot for your collection, a card is normall left. If you have not picked up your item within a certain time they will be re-routed back to us, this can take upto 2 weeks from the holding time - so allow 4 weeks for delivery, if you can not wait for your item and need a refund you will need to wait until we have received the item back, postage will be deducted.

Can I get a catalogue?
We do not produce a cataloque. However, all of our products are available for you to view on this website.

I have now ordered, when will i get delivery
You can pay through our online shop using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. Alternatively you can send us a cheque made payable to Love Me Do Brides Ltd. The address is: 2 New Zealand Avenue, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12 1QB.

I live abroad - can you export goods to me?
Yes, Love Me Do Brides delivers worldwide.

How will you send my order?
All orders are sent by registered post.

All of our products are handpicked by us to ensure the best quality. They are checked and carefully packaged before dispatch.
