If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to get a replacement is to immediately make a further purchase through the website whilst sending back the original for a refund
Alternatively, send the item back including payment for any difference in price not forgetting postage (£6.95 UK - even if your item is Free postage for returns we have deduct postage cost for the original order to cover our costs)

Please refer to the items information to make sure your item is returnable, We can not refund/exchange Be-spoked items, Wedding storage boxes, dried flowers, veils, lingerie & slumber ware, dyed shoes, postage, men's & ladies hire, Leigh Anne McCague tiaras, Jewellery. Please note that sale items will be charge a £5 restocking charge, Sale Gowns at £10 restocking charge. If your item is not returnable and you send it we will ask you to arrange collection or charge you postage to send it back. You must return items within 7 days of you receiving them.

Every effort is made to send the correct goods. However, in the event that incorrect goods have been sent, we will resend the correct goods on return of the incorrect goods and reimburse your postage costs. You must return the item or make us aware of the return of the item with-in 7 days

It is your responsibility to check your goods as soon as you have received them. If the goods are faulty, you must inform us of the fault in writing within 7 days (we will accept email) for a full refund including postage. We will resend a replacement or in the event of a replacement not being available, we will offer you a repair service if appropriate, full refund or exchange.
If more than 7 days has passed, we are willing to offer a credit note which must be redeemed within 3 months of date of issue. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt days, we will not accept goods back after this date. You will be responsible for any additional postage costs.

Sale items that are not perfect will be described in full before you buy. However, if you find any other faults on the sale item which has not been picked up then of course we will exchange the item
For refunds please allow up to 30 days from the goods arriving with us to be credited.
November - £5 cashback on all orders placed on-line from 17/11/09 from 1pm. If item is returned the £5 will be deducted from refund.
November - £50 discount applies to all Wedding dress orders in store or on-line, wedding gowns must be over £250 where balances are paid in full. When buying on line, we will refund the £50 after you have ordered.
Items initially sent out postage free will have postage deducted from the refund. Items that have been sent back for exchange will be charged the cost of postage.
